Shelmark prepared construction plans and construction phase services for League City including City and Texas Department of Transportation permitting, water and sanitary sewer lines, offsite and onsite drainage impacts, and driveways and parking.

Shelmark was selected to design and construct a new marina pier system consisting of 67 slips for vessels ranging from 16 foot to 32 foot. The marina pier system made of a wooden fixed dock system that has 3 main piers, each with finger piers extending off of both sides. Each of the 3 main piers connect to a head walk pier that was connected to an ADA compliant access pier.
The marina design includes all utilities and a pedestal system, a dry suppression fire system, an above ground 2000 gallon fuel tank, a fuel dispensing unit and all of the required containment, a new fire hydrant and all the relocation, temporary construction and restoration necessary to produce a complete and usable facility.
